Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not typically offer refunds or accept returns. However, we aim to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis.
Processed Subscription Orders
Please note, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of recurring subscription orders on their order processing date. We ask that all subscribers contact us prior to the recurring order date to ensure that we can cancel or adjust any orders.
If we are able to cancel the subscription order on or after the processing date, please note that we do apply a 6% credit card processing fee to the refunded amount. Subscriptions cancelled before the order processing date will not have any fees applied.
Returned Package Fees
For approved returns, refunds are issued for the total value of the goods, minus credit card processing fees and shipping costs both to and from the customer. In cases of unclaimed packages or return-to-sender scenarios, any incurred shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund.
